Rex has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and runs classes suitable for all abilities. beginners are always welcome.

​

DUE TO the covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions in place, rex is now delivering yoga classes over zoom so that you can participate from the comfort of your own home.

​

The online, yoga at home classes vary each week and include Vinyasa flow, Hatha Yoga, Pranyama (Breathing Techniques) and Meditation/Relaxation.

Monday 10.00

 

Yin Yoga. Deep long held stretches that work the ligaments, facia and tendons that dynamic stretches don't reach. In the classes you are encouraged to stay mindful of the breath and be in the moment. This helps mind body connection and your mental wellbeing. Monday 18.00 meditation. In this hour long session we use Kriya, Tantric & Breathe work to help our meditation practice develop. We also have themed sessions where discuss the philosophy and esoteric side if Yoga

 

Tuesday 19.00

 

slow flow vinyasa class. Suitable for all abilities. Each week we choreograph different poses to stretch & work all muscle groups constantly using our core for stability and transitions from one pose to the next. Classes include breathe work and deep Relaxation at the end. Suitable for all abilities begginers always welcome.

 

Wednesday 9.30

 

slow flow vinyasa. Transitions from one pose to the next. Classes include breathe work and deep Relaxation at the end. Suitable for all abilities beginners always welcome.

 

Wednesday 19.00

Thursday 17.30

 

Power Yoga. Previous knowledge of Yoga is not required as demise & guidance is given throughput the class but this is a full on all over body workout that challenges you to push yourself build up strength, flexibility, & stamina in ways conventional workouts can't

 

Friday 9.30

 

gentle/yin in this class we unwind from our busy week Nourishing our body with self care as we gently stretch reflect breathe and enjoy the stillness of body and mind.
