This will be like no other Yoga Workshop. The theme will be raising our Vibrational Energy Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually.

The morning will be a Slow Flow Vinyasa Practice with poses sequenced around the theme of raising our vibrational energy & Cleansing our Aura.

Lunch will be a delicious vegetarian Curry and Rice in a bowl with a Samoa served by Coriander & Lime.

After Lunch a short discussion on Vibrational Medicine, Healing and Kundalini Plus Sage Smudging.

During the afternoon practice of mat based poses including Hatha, Yin and Restorative (bring your Bolsters or Pillows) the amazing Paul from Sounds Healing will play his Native American Drums, Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls & Gongs as we dive into a deep healing practice of Sumptuous poses finishing with an opulent Sound Bath Svasana.
