This will be an indulgent day of  beautifully choreographed Vinyasa Yoga, leading to an afternoon of Restorative Yoga, ending with a deep Yoga Nidra.

The theme will run through the day of: Self discovery, finding your authentic self, removing out dated values and creating new values and beliefs that align to your life goals.

As always lunch will be a delicious Vegetarian Curry and Rice in a bowl with Samosas provide by Coriander & Lime.
